Signatures of all renters required on rental agreement.
Security deposit of $550 due with reservation by check. Security
deposit covers reservation / garbage removal (two-can maximum), bed and bath linens,
cost of damage to interior or exterior furnishings and building, to include water
damage, paint and woodwork repair.
House cleaning at $25 per hour. Refund of deposit mailed within
ten days to renters at designated address following inspection of property.
Receipt of your check for deposit is confirmation of your rooms
No credit cards
No sub-leasing allowed.
No children under 6.
No smoking.
No pets.
No arrivals after 9:00 P.M.
Check-in from 3:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Exact arrival time and
access to entry must be arranged with owners.
Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to planned arrival

Phone, cable, air conditioning not supplied.
Furnishings may not be removed from Summerplace interior or exterior.
All bed and bath linens furnished.
Renters must remove linens from beds and baths to laundry area
at end of rental.
Renters may NOT userwasher.
Renters MAY use dryer.
Porch rails may not be used for drying linens, clothing, or beachwear.
Two-car garage may be used by renter.
No boats or trailers in garage or on street ( city ordinance).
The PRIVATE STUDIO on the south east side of property may NOT
be accessed by weekly renters.

Location . . .
We are located at 402 Leelanau Avenue, on the corner of Fourth and Leelanau, in
Frankfort, Michigan.
As you drive into Frankfort...
From the east on M-115, or from the south M-22, and come to the blinking stop
light in the center of town, proceed through the light, go three blocks west to Fourth
Street, turn right and we are on the southeast corner of Fourth and Leelanau.
From the north on M-22, and come to the blinking stop light in the center of
town, turn right at the light, go three blocks west to Fourth Street, turn right
and we are on the southeast corner of Fourth and Leelanau).
Parking is available on Leelanau Avenue, just in front of the house.
